Preschool Program

The objective of our preschool program is to stimulate self-confidence, curiosity, self-discipline, creativity and cooperation.
The curriculum encompasses language, physical, social and academic skills.

Kindergarten Program

During the kindergarten year children are eager learners, spontaneously absorbing everything in their environment.  These are the years when the foundation is established for learning - a time when curiosity can be stimulated and an organized investigation of ones environment developed.


Teddy Bear Tea Party Music Parlor

  The Beginning Touch TM Children's Etiquette Workshop

Children three years through kindergarten are invited to the Children's Cottage Music Parlor and Teddybear Tea Room for Music, Storytime, Miss Mary's Topic's of Etiquette and Teddybear Tea Parties - complete with Teddybear friends.

Children 18 months to three years are invited to the Children's Cottage Music Parlor for music and storytime.

Foreign Language

The Russian language is incorporated into the curriculum through language, reading, social studies, music and art for children three years through kindergarten.

ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS
Bridle Trails offers a variety of seasonal programs

Little Bears Honey Pot Kitchen -  Children's Cooking School - offered to children ages 21/2 and up. While mixing, stirring, and tasting, little learners will practice early reading skills, develop organizational skills, follow directions, and even learn basic math skills.  Each cooking activity is seasoned with learning opportunities and sprinkled with lots of fun!  The program is offered 1 time a week , for approximately 1 hour.

Piano Lessons - offered to children age three years and up.  The class will meet in the music parlor two times a week for approximately 30 minutes.

Gym/Movement - offered to children age 2 1/2 and up.  This class will meet one time a week on the Bridle Trails school campus.

Pony Camp - Camps are held throughout the summer for one week sessions.  Children meet for 3 hours per day for 5 days.  This program is for children ages 5 to 11 years.  Pony rides are available for children 21/2 and up enrolled at Bridle Trails during the summer.

Swimming Lessons - Children three years and up are offered this program during the summer.  This is a 4-week session, that meets 2 days per week for 30 minutes.
